No. VisaPilot is a private service. We help travelers complete and submit official forms — but the issuing authority for every document is the destination country’s government.
Yes. Every country we support also offers a free direct submission portal, and we link to it on each country page. VisaPilot is for travelers who would rather have someone else handle the paperwork.
Each document has its own window — most arrival cards must be submitted within 72 hours of arrival, while ETAs and eVisas can be filed weeks ahead. We show the exact timing on each document page.
Rejections are rare on the documents we support. If the official authority rejects an application we filed on your behalf, we refund the service fee in full.
