TDAC-Portal is a private, fee-based document assistance company. It is not the official Thailand Digital Arrival Card portal and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or operated by the Royal Thai Government, the Immigration Bureau of Thailand, the Ministry of Interior of Thailand, or any other governmental authority.
The official TDAC portal — operated by the Thai government — is available free of charge at:

Our service fee covers preparation, review, and submission assistance only. You are not required to use TDAC-Portal.

Nothing on this website — including any text, email, WhatsApp message, telephone conversation, or other communication from the Company or its staff — constitutes legal counsel, immigration counsel, or professional advice of any nature.
Our staff are document preparation assistants, not licensed attorneys, immigration lawyers, or government officials. If you require immigration legal advice, you must consult a licensed immigration attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. No Guarantee of Immigration Outcome
Submission of a Thailand Digital Arrival Card through our service does not guarantee:
- Acceptance of your TDAC by Thai Immigration;
- Your admission to Thailand;
- Issuance of a visa or any other travel authorization; or
- Any particular immigration processing speed by Thai authorities.
All immigration decisions — including TDAC approval, denial, or cancellation — rest entirely and finally with the Royal Thai Government and its authorized officers. TDAC-Portal has no influence over, and bears no liability for, any immigration decision, denial of entry, detention, deportation, or related consequence.
4. Accuracy of Information
TDAC-Portal transmits to Thai Immigration the information you provide, without substantive modification. We perform formatting and completeness checks but cannot independently verify:
- The authenticity of passports or identity documents;

- Whether information provided matches the traveler's actual circumstances; or
- Changes to Thai Immigration requirements that may occur after you place your order.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted. Providing false information to immigration authorities may constitute a criminal offense under Thai law and the laws of your home country.
