Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and TDAC-Portal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a private document assistance company. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms govern your use of the website at visatourist.org and any related services provided by the Company.

TDAC-Portal provides a paid document preparation and electronic submission assistance service. Specifically, the Company will:

• Collect the information you provide through our secure application form;
• Review the information for completeness and formatting accuracy;
• Submit the information to the official Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) system operated by the Thai Immigration Bureau on your behalf; and
• Deliver the resulting TDAC confirmation code or QR pass to you by email.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By placing an order you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or are acting as the legal guardian of a minor traveler;
• You have the legal authority to provide the personal information submitted (your own or that of travelers on whose behalf you act);
• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, complete, and current; and
• You understand that the TDAC is a Thai government immigration requirement and that your use of our service does not substitute for compliance with Thai law.

Service fees are displayed on our website prior to checkout. All fees are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are charged per traveler. Fees are non-negotiable and subject to change; the fee applicable at the time of your order will be honored.

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Your payment card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and never passes through or is stored on our servers. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.

If your TDAC application is rejected or delayed by Thai Immigration due to inaccurate, incomplete, or false information that you provided, the Company bears no liability and no refund will be issued. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all passport details, flight information, accommodation details, and health declarations are correct.

Providing false information to Thai Immigration authorities may constitute a criminal offense under Thai law.

TDAC-Portal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or legal representation. No communication from the Company — whether through the website, email, WhatsApp, telephone, or any other medium — constitutes legal or immigration counsel.

Submission of a TDAC does not guarantee your admission to Thailand. Entry decisions are made solely and finally by Thai Immigration officers at the port of entry, based on criteria entirely within the discretion of the Royal Thai Government. The Company has no influence over and accepts no liability for any immigration decision, denial of entry, or any consequences thereof.

The TDAC submitted on your behalf reflects the information you provided at the time of your order. If your travel details change after submission — including flight number, arrival date, port of entry, or accommodation — you are solely responsible for submitting a corrected TDAC through the official Thai Immigration portal or by placing a new order with us.

The Company is not responsible for any consequences arising from discrepancies between submitted information and your actual travel arrangements.

Indicative processing timeframes by tier:

• Standard: Up to 48 hours from receipt of complete information and confirmed payment.
• Express: 12–24 hours from receipt of complete information and confirmed payment.
• Premium: Under 2 hours from receipt of complete information and confirmed payment.

Timeframes are indicative and may be affected by Thai Immigration system availability, high-volume periods, or the need to seek clarification on your submitted information. The Company will notify you promptly of any delay.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by Thai Immigration system downtime, third-party technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Company's total cumulative liability to you, for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim;
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, missed flights, hotel cancellation fees, reputational harm, or denial of entry to Thailand; and
• The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from Thai Immigration system outages, government regulatory changes, force majeure events, or inaccurate information provided by you.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages; in such jurisdictions the foregoing limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) the inaccuracy or incompleteness of information you provided; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

All content on the TDAC-Portal website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Company content without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For users in the European Union: nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and any local implementing legislation. You may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of habitual residence.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@visatourist.org so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
